Working with Reachmind

How to engage Reachmind.

Start with the decision or delivery problem in front of you. We agree the scope, responsibilities, fees, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

Before we start

What goes into the proposal.

Scope and fees

The deliverables, exclusions, milestones, and fees. If new requirements emerge, we review the effect on cost and timing before proceeding.

Your team’s involvement

A business owner, a technical contact, access to the relevant systems, and time with the people who use them.

Acceptance and release

The evidence required to accept the work, the people who approve it, and the plan for release and recovery.

Ownership and support

Source and licensing terms, documentation, operating responsibilities, and any support coverage after launch.

Planning an engagement

Common questions.

How are cost and timing determined?

We estimate the work against an agreed scope. System access, integration limits, data quality, and your team’s review capacity all affect the schedule. Where those are uncertain, an assessment can establish the basis for a proposal.

Can you work with our existing team and tools?

Yes. We agree responsibilities with your internal team and work within the relevant technical, security, and procurement requirements. A new platform is considered when the existing setup cannot meet the agreed requirements.

What happens after launch?

The release includes an agreed handover to the people responsible for operating the system. Ongoing engineering and support can be scoped separately, with coverage and response commitments set out in writing.

What should we prepare for the first conversation?

A short description of the problem, its effect on the business, the systems involved, and any timing constraints. You do not need a finished specification. Use a general description rather than sharing confidential records in the initial brief.
