Project assessments

The guided form holds your answers in the current page’s memory. It does not save a draft in browser storage or send your answers to an AI model. Reloading or leaving the page clears the draft. The assessment follows published rules based on your selected problem, systems, stage, and criticality.

Direct online delivery is currently unavailable. You can copy or download your brief and choose to email it. A locally prepared assessment is not a submission receipt. Downloaded briefs remain on your device until you remove them.

What to include

A general description of the problem, team, system names, scale, timing, and business contact details is enough. Do not include passwords, API keys, patient or employee records, payment details, customer data, or confidential documents. Agree a suitable channel with Reachmind before sharing sensitive material.

Email

When you send a brief to rishabh@reachmindllc.com, your email provider and Reachmind’s email service process that message. Reachmind uses the information to assess fit, respond, and discuss a potential engagement. The website does not send email on your behalf. Ask Reachmind about retention or request review or deletion of a submitted brief using the address above.

Hosting and technical requests

This site is hosted on Vercel. Serving pages can involve technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested path, and operational logs under the hosting configuration and provider’s policies. See Vercel’s privacy notice.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only if Reachmind configures it and you choose “Allow analytics.” Without that choice, the site does not load the analytics script. Our event implementation uses page categories, selected problem categories, step numbers, and delivery states. It excludes brief text, names, email addresses, organizations, full URLs, query strings, and referrer contents.

If analytics is enabled, the website stores your preference in your browser. Google may process device and usage information and set analytics cookies. Advertising consent remains denied. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences.” See Google’s privacy policy. If no preference control appears, analytics is not configured on this build.

Scheduling

The website links to the existing Calendly scheduling page. Calendly loads only when you open that link. The website does not include your project answers in the scheduling URL. Information you provide there is processed by Calendly under its own notice; scheduling is separate from sending a brief.

Future online delivery

Before direct intake submission is enabled, this notice must identify the approved storage and notification providers and explain retention and access. The website currently has no live CRM or form-storage connection.
